Information can be requested by the Township of Schaumburg under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) (5 ILCS 140/). Please contact us via email (FOIA@schaumburgtownship.org), mail, personal delivery or fax. You are welcome to submit a Request for Public Record Form, but it is not required.
