Career Development Services

While these services are not for Township employment, Schaumburg Township residents are welcome to take advantage of our drop-in assistance sessions, themed sessions, workshops and resume assistance, offered in partnership with Business and Career Services, Inc. (BCS).

Upcoming drop-in assistance dates:

  • Thursday, September 17 | 1-4pm
  • Thursday, October 15 | 1-4pm

This free, drop-in service provides job seekers with resume support, interview preparation, and job search guidance for positions within and beyond the Township boundaries.

Career Services will also continue in 2027 on the third Thursday of each month from 1:00–4:00 p.m., with a mix of drop-in assistance and themed workshops.

Resume assistance

Get personalized support to strengthen your resume and stand out to potential employers.
