Passport Acceptance Fair

The Township of Schaumburg is partnering with Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi to host a Passport Acceptance Fair on January 20 from 9am-1pm at the Township (1 Illinois Blvd, Hoffman Estates). This event is walk-in only and no appointment is necessary.

Applying for or renewing a passport? Here’s what to bring:

• Children under 16 must apply in person with two parents or guardians using form DS-11
• Debit/credit card or check/money order made payable to “Township of Schaumburg” for acceptance fees
• Check/money order made payable to “U.S. Department of State” for processing fees
• Most recent passport and name change documents (if applicable)
• For first time passports, proof of identity and U.S. citizenship documents
• A color photo taken within the last six months (photo can be taken on-site for an additional fee)
