ASL Class

For the first time, Schaumburg Township will offer basic American Sign Language (ASL) classes this fall. Deaf Services Coordinator, Sarita Phadke, will show you how to sign in ASL the alphabet, numbers, fingerspelling, vocabulary, holiday signs, and conversational phrases. Deaf Culture will be introduced. An ASL interpreter will be provided. Free admission.

These classes are open to learners 10 and up. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
