Hearing & Retinal Screenings

The Schaumburg-Hoffman Lions Club and the Lions Club of Illinois Foundation will be hosting their Multi-Use Hearing and Retinal Screening Unit at the Township on June 8 at 10:30am. Hearing and retinal screenings will be available for free on a first come, first served basis.

Individuals interested in an ITAC amplified phone can bring an application to be signed during their hearing screening. ITAC staff in Disability & Senior Services will be available at the same time to assist in choosing an ITAC phone. No appointments for ITAC are necessary during this time.
