Meditation Mindfulness is a scientifically researched and proven method to manage stress and increase well-being. In this 45 minute class, you will learn the foundational practices of mindfulness to calm and steady the mind. Suitable for all levels of experience. Camille will lead you through a different practice every month, starting with a gentle warm-up of the body, followed by an introduction and brief instruction leading into a guided meditation.
