Rabies Vaccine and Microchip Clinic

The Township will host a free Rabies Vaccine and Microchip Clinic on September 9th from 10am-1pm (or until vaccines run out) at One Illinois Blvd, Hoffman Estates. Owners must be Cook County residents and present a valid driver’s license or state ID. Pets must be at least three months old and will be served on a first-come-first-served basis. Owners will be given a vaccine certificate and can order a rabies tag post-event here: cookcountyil.gov/service/rabies-vaccination-tags.
