Village of Schaumburg Engineering & Public Works Open House

The Village of Schaumburg invites the public to attend its free Engineering and Public Works Open House this Saturday, May 20. The all-ages event will take place rain or shine from 10am-2pm at the Engineering and Public Works Maintenance Garage (714 S. Plum Grove Road).

Residents and children will be offered a unique experience to get a behind-the-scenes look at what skills, tools and equipment are required to maintain the village’s infrastructure. The event will include touch-a-truck, equipment displays, informational booths, demonstrations, free giveaways, snacks and more.

Don’t forget to bring non-perishable items to Load the Loader! Donated items will be dropped off at the Schaumburg Township Food Pantry to help local families in need.
