The 2026 License Year Begins March 1, 2026

Purchase Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) fishing and hunting licenses at the Township of Schaumburg via cash, check or card (*debit/credit card incur a 4% service fee). All hunting and fishing license applications require a Social Security number – please have it accessible when applying. All applicants must also provide their Driver’s License or State ID. Several licenses offer discounts for Illinois residents and seniors. To purchase a fishing or hunting license at Illinois resident or senior pricing, you must bring a valid Illinois driver’s license or Illinois State ID card.
