Each year the Township partners with AARP to provide FREE income tax assistance. AARP Tax Aide seeks to help low to moderate-income taxpayers file their state and federal returns at no cost. Volunteers are needed to help with registration, tax preparation and site coordination. This year, AARP needs to fill Local Coordinator and Counselor volunteer positions.

• Local Coordinators are responsible for implementing program plans for one or more Tax Aide locations and to ensure program compliance with AARP Foundation program policies and IRS Quality Site Requirements. Full job description here.
