The township treats any comments You provide as public information. However, the township is not the author of this software. The township is not responsible for any failures in the software to preserve subscriber anonymity.
Subscribers to the township’s e-mail list may terminate their subscriptions by contacting the township.
Because the township cares about the safety and privacy of children online, the township complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). COPPA and its accompanying Federal Trade Commission regulation establish United States federal law that protects the privacy of children using the Internet. The township does not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. The Web site is not intended to solicit information of any kind from children under 13.
