KITCHEN: Please choose if kitchen equipment (sink, etc.), is needed. Failure to use kitchen equipment when specified can result in refusal of future requests.

AV SETUP: All meeting spaces can sustain attendee charging/laptop use. Each meeting space is equipped with monitors, microphones and speakers. HDMI cords available upon request. Mac users must bring own adaptors.

Room Reservation Fees:
Single Day Event
Room request fees for one-time use are $50 for (up to) half day (4 hours) and $100 for full day (8+ hours).
Recurring events will require renewal annually. There are no exceptions. Weekend requests may include additional fees. Submitting a reservation does not guarantee the request.
Recurring Event (can be broken into multiple payments)
For 1- 2 occurrences per week, over two hours: $1,000/year ($250/quarter)
For 3 or more occurrences per week, over two hours: $2,000/year ($450/quarter)
Monthly meetings(up to three hours/meeting): 1-6 months/year: $350/year.
For more than 6 months/year: $800/year.
Quarterly meetings (up to three hours/meeting): $300/year
Unless otherwise agreed upon, up to 50% of total fees can be made by way of an in-kind Township Pantry donation. For records, include confirmation of donation when you submit the reduced payment.

I also understand that the Township events/meetings take precedent and may require modification to a confirmed reservation, though the Township will work to avoid conflicts. Payments are required within 10 business days of reservation confirmation. Failure to provide payment may result in cancellation of reservation.
