Join us for our first Free Baby Gear Swap event on June 13 from 9-1pm. “Shoppers” can choose from new and gently used items for babies aged 0-1 years old. All items are completely free – no selling allowed. While no entry fee is required, a food pantry donation is appreciated. Limits may apply. Items will include donations from local moms and could include clothing, swaddles/blankets, bedding, décor, toys, books, feeding items, small carriers, diapers/wipes and more! Sponsors and Donations Needed for New Baby Event

Is your house cluttered with gently used baby items? Do you want to support local families and keep items out of our landfills? Donate to our first annual Free Baby Gear Swap event. Donations are accepted June 1-5 at 1 Illinois Blvd., Hoffman Estates IL 60169. We are collecting clean, gently used or new items for babies aged 0-1 years old.

Items Accepted (but are not limited to):

• Clothing, swaddles/blankets, bedding, décor, toys, books, feeding items*, small carriers, small strollers, sound machines, baby tubs, first aid supplies*, diaper bags, diapers/wipes, changing pads, pacifiers*, pack n plays, and more!

Items Not Accepted:

• Cribs
• Car seats
• Expired items (including car seats or formula)
• Baby bottles
• Used breast pumps or breast pump accessories
• Used pacifiers

Community Supporter – $250
$250 helps provide a newborn starter kit (diapers, wipes, wash, cream, lotion, detergent) for one family.

Family Champion – $500
$500 helps supply essentials for two to three families for a month.

• Logo displayed on event flyer and social media promotions
• Dedicated social media thank-you post

• Opportunity to distribute promotional materials to event attendees

Presenting Sponsor – $1,000
$1,000 lets us stock a shelf of diapers and wipes that serves many families throughout the event.

• Company name and logo prominently displayed on all event promotional materials
• Logo included on event flyer and social media promotions
• Dedicated social media thank-you post
• Recognition on the Township scrolling marquee sign
• Featured sponsor spotlight in the Township newsletter
• Opportunity to host an on-site informational table at the event
