Bridges to Memory meets every 3rd Wednesday at 2 pm at the Township (1 Illinois Blvd., Hoffman Estates). This free program offers a welcoming space for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia or mild cognitive impairment and their caregivers to connect, engage and share experiences.

Caregivers must remain with participants, and first-time registration is required by calling 847-285-4541.
