Representatives from the Cook County Clerk’s Office will discuss property after death and how residents can avoid costly and time-consuming hurdles after their death or the death of a loved one. Representatives will also discuss the Clerk’s Property Fraud Alert System, which allows homeowners to prevent fraud against their property.
