**Please note a temporary schedule change for Nurse Janet over the next four weeks beginning January 13. Her Wednesday hours will shift to 1–5pm, which will affect the timing of a few programs and the availability of health screening appointments.

The Diabetes Support Group will meet at 2pm on Wednesday, January 14 and Wednesday, January 28. The All About Health program will also meet at 2pm on Wednesday, February 4.
Screening appointments on Wednesdays will be limited to the afternoon hours during this period. These changes are temporary, and additional updates will be shared if the schedule extends further into February.

Endeavor Health nurse Janet Stachula, RN, is the community health nurse at the Township of Schaumburg and has over 35 years of experience. She facilitates educational programs and support groups, while also tending to those in need. Nurse Stachula can also share resources regarding general health and wellness. Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Tuesdays and Thursdays Walking Group is at the Township of Schaumburg inside. May-October, every Wednesday, meet at Volkening Lake (900 W Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60194). The group will not meet if the temperature is below 40 degrees or it is raining in any form.
