Following a burst pipe, the Township will partially reopen on Thursday, January 23, 2025. Services are:
  • Welfare Services, the Food Pantry and Transportation are operating as normal.
  • The Clerk’s Office and Passport Office are closed due to water damage.
  • The Assessor’s Office is closed due to water damage. However, residents can leave voicemails at 847-285-4567 or 847-285-4569 or email staff at vmorales@schtwn.org or mramunno@schtwn.org for remote assistance. Please be patient as respond times may be longer than usual.
  • Disability & Senior Services will not have programming (including bingo) or benefit counseling. The AARP Tax-Aide phone line will be open starting at 9am on January 23, 2024.
