Reports to: Assistant Director of Programming

Starting Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000, experience based

Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Position Description:

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Programming, the Program Specialist is responsible for implementing, coordinating, and supporting recreation and educational programming for Disability & Senior Services. The Specialist monitors community needs through conversation, outreach, and surveys, and develops engaging programs in response. This role represents the Township at networking events and conducts outreach presentations to share information on services and opportunities. The Specialist collaborates with sponsors, vendors, and independent contractors to support program delivery and enhance the impact of Disability & Senior Services.

Hours: This position is scheduled for 40 hours per week, typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Hours may fluctuate based on departmental needs. Evening, early morning, and weekend hours may be required for special events or outreach.
