Make the holiday season a bit brighter by adopting a resident in need! The Township of Schaumburg hosts two holiday adoption programs:

Welfare Services Adopt-A-Family

Disability & Senior Services Holiday Adoption

• Serving older adults and people with disabilities
• Contact Becky Cordes (bcordes@schtwn.org; 847-285-4541)

Donors are matched with eligible community members in need and then asked to go shopping, wrap the gifts and deliver the gifts to Township staff in early December. If you are unable to adopt, but still want to make a difference this holiday season, please contact Marianne and/or Becky as there are additional ways to give. All interested donors should contact the Township by October 31.
